With the masterplan vision to create a new center/node within Beringen Mijn through the existing railway track, the Community Centre is a potential new part of the public center that will play a greater role in revitalizing the area through its interesting program. The combined mix of social and recreational is purposely for the public as a means to bring activities that would further bring life into the proposed site. Most importantly, the inclusion of the community enterprise within the program is the essence of the design to give and provide spaces for entrepreneurial activities and provide a recognized platform for start-ups and entrepreneurs to flourish.
